Jessica McKinley: Deputy Executive Director, Indiana Alliance of Boys & Girls Clubs

Jessica McKinley is the Deputy Executive Director at the Boys & Girls Clubs in Indiana. She has served in out-of-school time since 2010 beginning with AmeriCorps volunteer service and now with youth serving programs throughout Indiana in program development and grant management. Jessica holds a Master’s in Leadership Development and is a Certified Youth Practitioner through the Certified Youth Care Certification Board. Jessica is a certified Foundations trainer through the Academy for Competent Youth Work. Jessica demonstrates commitment to out of school time and optimal youth development. Currently an active member of the Provider’s Council for the Indiana Afterschool Network and sits on the OST Board through the Indiana Department of Education. Jessica resides in Richmond, IN with her husband, children, and her two cats.
