Jessica McKinley serves as Deputy Executive Director for the Boys & Girls Clubs in Indiana, where she leads efforts in program development and grant management to strengthen youth-serving organizations across the state. With more than a decade of experience in out-of-school time, she began her career in 2010 as an AmeriCorps volunteer and has since dedicated her work to advancing opportunities for youth.

Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Leadership Development and is a Certified Youth Practitioner through the Child & Youth Care Certification Board. She is also a certified Foundations trainer through the Academy for Competent Youth Work.

She is passionate about high-quality youth development and building systems that support positive outcomes for young people. Jessica resides in Centerville, Indiana.
